In simple terms, this is a motor vehicle lease agreement within Indonesia. You agree not to intentionally damage the leased equipment. In case of damage during operation, you are obliged to compensate for the damage in accordance with the prices on the official Yamaha and Honda websites, and pay for the cost of repairs and painting if necessary.

The agreement is structured as a public offer for the convenience of "signing" with investors worldwide online. It has the same legal force as any other agreement with physical signatures.

How does the signing process work?
